We’re looking for a Paid Media & Analytics Specialist to scale visibility, reach, and conversions through data-driven advertising and precise targeting. You’ll turn numbers into narratives using insights to grow awareness, build engagement, and drive verification adoption across Nigeria’s digital landscape.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and website placements.
Manage and monitor website ad placement, pixels, and conversion tracking to improve targeting accuracy. Use audience data (interests, behavior, and geo-location) to reach high-risk demographics with trust-centered messages.
Build retargeting funnels to re-engage users who’ve visited the website or interacted with Profiled content.
Track performance metrics and produce clear, actionable weekly reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to align campaign data with growth and impact goals.
Measure behavioral shifts in digital trust and track how campaigns influence verification sign-ups.
High-performing campaigns that deliver strong reach, engagement, and conversions at efficient spend.
Clean, transparent data that tells the story of digital impact.
Continuous improvement in ad efficiency, CTR, and verification adoption.
A feedback loop that turns data insights into smarter creative and audience strategies.
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
Strong command of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and website ad tracking tools.
Understanding of conversion funnels, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions.
Bonus: Experience managing programmatic or in-app ad placements.
